Membership - Application Form

How to apply for membership:

1. Fill in ALL information required in the application form.
2. Together with the Application Form, submit a copy of your passport, one (1) 1x1 ID Picture and your Business Card.
3. Application Form should be signed by two (2) Regular German Members as sponsors. A circular will be sent to all members of the Club announcing your intention of joining. Should there be no objection/s to your application, processing of your Acceptance Letter will begin a week after the announcement.
4. Payment of all dues can be done through the Administration office. Please show your Acceptance Letter. Amount of Dues is attached to the Application Form.
